Job Details:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented healthcare professional to perform comprehensive assessments for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with care standards.
Can work in Stone Mountain and nearby cases (20-25mi radius)
The role includes oversight and approval of LPN-conducted client assessments, ensuring clinical integrity.
Additionally, the individual will be responsible for reviewing and signing off on documentation and care notes submitted through the EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) system, maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and a thorough understanding of home care or healthcare protocols are essential for success in this role.
Assistance with tracking case due dates.
Possibly doing PCA check offs.
